Refund eligibility
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are considered for services and products that are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Specific refund terms in a service agreement take precedence over this general policy.
How to request a refund
Contact our customer support team at info@amginsights.net with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply where items are used or damaged, or where a significant portion of a service has already been delivered.
Non-refundable items
- Downloadable software products
- Services that have been fully delivered
- Custom work completed to client specifications (including custom-built lists)
Changes to this policy
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
